We are pleased to announce that on December 7, 2010,Miss Caroline Rodà, Research assistant at the CEIPI defended her thesis written under the supervision of Joanna Schmidt-Szalewski, Professor emeritus at the University of Strasbourg. The subject was :
"Civil Remedies of Infringement of Industrial Property Rights (French, Belgian, Luxemburger, German and British Laws)"
The jury was composed of Mr. Jacques Azéma, Professor emeritus at the University Jean Moulin (Lyon III), Mr. Jean-Christophe Galloux, Professor at the University Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), Mr. Jacques Raynard, Professor à the University of Montpellier I and Mr. Yves Reboul, Professor at the University of Strasbourg.
