CEIPI and the Fidal Law Firm are pleased and proud to announce the creation of the CEIPI / FIDAL Thesis Prize in the field of industrial property law.
The aim of this prize is to distinguish a doctoral thesis which makes an important doctrinal contribution to the understanding of the theoretical aspects and practical issues of the subject. It is organised every two years and consists in the publication of the winning thesis in the CEIPI thesis sub-collection, in a new sub-collection called "CEIPI / FIDAL thesis prize".
The CEIPI / FIDAL Thesis Prize was born out of the immense interest of practitioners in consulting theses in the course of their practice. It also reflects the deep commitment of the partners to support research and to contribute to the knowledge and dissemination of French doctrine.
