For the 6th year, the CEIPI is organizing a Summer School on IP in Europe. The courses will be held from July 03 to July 11, 2014.

This year, three more days have been added to the education course. In fact, new courses are going to be held, such as for example comparative patent law in the US and in the EU. Whereas, the existing courses have been improved both qualitatively and quantitatively.

The lecturers are selected from the academic staff of CEIPI and from experts in the intellectual property field, including professors, experienced practitioners and official representatives.

The Summer School aimes providing both academics and practitioners with an overview of intellectual property in the context of the European Union’s legal system, and likewise, to bring practical solutions in regard to patent litigation in Europe. The course is addressed especially to students and practitioners willing to gain a solid foundation in European intellectual property law.

You can download below the program of this summer school (last update: June 04, 2014) and the agreement form.
