CEIPI is pleased to announce the publication of the In-depth analysis prepared by the CEIPI for the Committee for Legal Affairs of the European Parliament on the topic “The Exception for Text and Data Mining (TDM) in the Proposed Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market – Legal Aspects”.

This study drafted by the Prof. Christophe Geiger, Director General and Director of Research Department of CEIPI, Giancarlo Frosio, Senior Lecturer and Researcher at CEIPI and Oleksandr Bulayenko, Researcher at CEIPI, follows their participation at the workshop on Text and Data Mining in the European Parliament, Brussels, 22nd February 2018
