Xavier Seuba, Associate Professor at CEIPI, Academic Coordinator, Judicial Training Manager and Co-Director of the Diploma on Patent Litigation in Europe, will give a talk next 28 February at Cambridge University Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Law (CIPIL), entitled “Negotiating Intellectual Property Chapters in New European Trade Agreements”.
Professor Seubawill also participate next 8-9 March at the 8th International Intellectual Property Roundtable to be held in Tallahassee, US, hosted by Professors Frederick M. Abbott (Florida State University), Irene Calboli (Texas A&M University) and Jerome Reichmann (Duke University), where he will present the new European Union waiver for stockpiling and manufacture for export during the pendency of a Supplementary Protection Certificate.
