Xavier Seuba, Associate Professor of Law, CEIPI, Academic Coordinator and Scientific Responsible, taught to 40 Argentinian judges in Munich in the context of a one-week course on the Impact of New Technologies on the Law, organized by the Academy of Judicial Studies and Exchange in partnership with the Max Planck Institute. In his capacity of Manager of Judicial Training at CEIPI, his lectures touched upon the economics of intellectual property enforcement and the use of artificial intelligence and big data for the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
