Presentation by Jean Lapousterle in Beijing (China) on the topic: "European trade secrets protection : the path towards an effective enforcement"

On June 12, 2014, Mr Jean Lapousterle, Professor of private law and criminal sciences at the University of Strasbourg and member of the Research Department at the CEIPI, will deliver a presentation in Beijing (China) in the premises of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) on the topic: "European trade secrets protection : the path towards an effective enforcement".

Thispresentation will take place within the framework of theAdministrative Agreement about the Intellectual Property Cooperationsigned in July 2013 between the European Union and the Government of the People’s Republic of China: IP Key.
