Mr. Christophe Geiger, Professor at the University of Strasbourg and Director General of the CEIPI, will deliver a presentation at the inaugural symposium of the “Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on European Intellectual Property and Information Rights” on the topic “European Intellectual Property and its Limits”, University of Bournemouth (United Kingdom) on January 16, 2019.
The topic of Mr. Geiger's presentation will be: 'Fair use’ through fundamental rights in the EU after the AG’s Opinions in Funke Medien, Pelham and Spiegel Online.
