The 20^th EIPIN Congress, entitled "Decision Making Institutions and the Evolution of IP, will take place from 4^th to 6^th April 2019 in London

Mr. Christophe Geiger, Professor at the University of Strasbourg and Director General of CEIPI, will deliver a presentation on 4^th April on the topic: "Freedom of Expression and Copyright in front of the CJEU and the ECtHR: from internal to external balancing" and on 6^th April, he will participate in the Final panel discussion on the topic "Decision Making Institutions: Does it make a difference?".
