Giancarlo Frosio at the 4th MSI-NET meeting at the Council of Europe

Giancarlo Frosio, Senior Researcher and Lecturer at CEIPI, will be participating to the 4^th MSI-NET meeting at the Council of Europe on 18-19 September 2017. The MSI-NET is the Committee of experts on Internet intermediaries that discusses recommendations for Internet intermediaries under the aegis of the Council of Europe.
