In the framework of the series “Discussion around copyright”, organized by the CEIPI research department in partnership with the Kléber bookshop, the CEIPI has the pleasure to invite you to participate to the new edition of the series, to take place on Friday 16 November 2018, 18h00 at Librairie Kléber (salle Blanche), Strasbourg.
The topic of this edition will be “The trade secret: legitimate business protection or danger to the right to information?”, with Mr. Bertrand Warusfel, Professor at the University Paris 8, Lawyer at the Paris Bar, co-author of “The protection of Trade Secrets, National and European Perspectives”, CEIPI collection, LexisNexis, 2017 and Mr. Pierre France, Journalist, founder and director of the publication Rue 89 Strasbourg.
This conference-debate will be moderated by Mr. Franck Macrez, Associate Professor at CEIPI.
