The CEIPI is organizing, in cooperation with the Hungarian Chamber of Patent Attorneys, a workshop on mock oral proceedings in Budapest on 14 October 2016. This workshop which is intended for practitioners and future patent attorneys, will give the participants the opportunity to draft an opposition and to defend a patent against said opposition, as well as to defend their arguments during oral proceedings. The mock proceedings will take place in English language.
