Applied Intellectual Property Law NEW! - continuing education only

The ‘Applied Intellectual Property Law’ course is offered as continuing education and is aimed at professionals who wish to enhance their professional experience in the field of intellectual property, diversify their activities in this area or focus their career on this field. The aim is also to provide company directors with skills in all areas of intellectual property that their previous studies have not provided them with.

The primary objective of the course is to enable participants to acquire and master high-level skills in this branch of law.

The aim is that, by the end of their training, they will have acquired the following skills in particular:

• Analyse complex situations, including international ones, involving intangible assets and intellectual property rights
• Identify intellectual property rights
• Defining strategies and ensuring the legal protection of intellectual creations, works, inventions, trademarks, designs and other intellectual property
• Advising on intellectual property matters
• Drawing up and negotiating agreements in the field of intellectual property, including technology transfers
• Defending intellectual property rights.
