Followed by a presentation of Mrs Danièle Alexandre, Emeritus professor (University of Strasbourg) on the topic:
“Regulation (EU) no 1215/ 2012 of 12 Dec 2012 on jurisdiction and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters, and the implementation of the European patent system and Unified Patent Court”.
