Abstract “The future of talent and skills in intellectual property” :

The future which has started already is being shaped by the degree to which AI has been incorporated. Over the time and when looking at IP and Education, many tools have been introduced and been absorbed as part of the day-to-day work and the methodologies have been adapted. The case of AI has however a dimension and a speed of penetration that is questioning the traditional way to access knowledge, to define inventions and to protect them. During the lecture we will look into the effects of AI and the different scenarios and literacies which open ahead of us in IP education.
