We are proud to announce that M. Emmanuel Py, assistant researcher at the CEIPI has defended his thesis on Monday, December 8. The subject was "The Revocation of Patents : Contributions of the Rules of Procedure and the Theory of Revocation".
The jury was composed of Jean-Christophe GALLOUX, Professor at the University of Paris II, Jacques RAYNARD, Professor at the University of Montpellier I, Yves REBOUL, Professor at the University Robert Schuman Strasbourg III and Thesis director , Yves STRICKLER, Professor at the University Robert Schuman Strasbourg III and Michel VIVANT, Professor at the Institut d'Etudes politiques of Paris.
Emmanuel PY was awarded the highest distinction "Très honorable avec félicitations du jury".
