The CEIPI is pleased to welcome Professor Xiang YU, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST, China) for a conference on recent developments in Chinese patent law, titled “The newly development of China’s Patent Law: Legislative Changes and Their Practical Implications.”
The conference will take place on Friday, 12 June 2026, at 15h00, in Amphitheater A, LE CARDO Building, CEIPI, Strasbourg.
In this presentation, Professor Xiang YU will outline the latest reforms to China’s patent legislation, highlighting their practical implications for practitioners, innovative companies, and intellectual property stakeholders on an international scale.
