In line with our commitment to meet diverse educational needs, we offer now the possibility to follow te training in "European Union Trade Mark and Community Design Law" in the form of modules (non-degree courses) that can be taken individually at the convenience of professionals. This new option allows participants to choose one or more modules and validate their knowledge by taking an online exam on the topics covered during the week. Successful passing of the exam entitles the participant to a Certificate of Achievement issued by CEIPI. Registrations are open until one week before the start of the selected module. This training will be held in a hybrid format: on-site (in Strasbourg) and online learning.
The modules provide a unique opportunity to learn from highly qualified practitioners, academics and EUIPO officials the ins and outs of these EU Uniform IP Rights. The training program has the objective of providing a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of European and comparative trade mark and design law.
