This course is not part of the continuing education program. Students must have completed the first year of a Master's program in private law or commercial law or have obtained an equivalent degree.

Since lectures are held in French and English an excellent command of English (written, spoken, reading) is necessary. A study related or work experience abroad is essential; an experience in an English-speaking country or a work experience in English is a strong asset.

This course can welcome 15 students.

Requirements - Sudents should have:

  • completed a Master of Laws 1 in private law or commercial law, or have obtained an equivalent degree
  • completed during their university studies the following topics:
    • Law of obligations
    • Property Law
    • Intellectual Property Law
  • a good grasp of English.

The candates must have achieved excellent results during their university studies.

Registration Fees for the Academic Year 2017-2018

Mandatory fees :

  • Enrolment fees: 256 €
  • French national health insurance fees: 217 €
  • Preventive medicine: 5,10 €

Optional fees :

  • Carte culture: 7 €
  • Sport: 25 €

The scholarship holders on social criteria and war orphans are exempt from all registration fees, except for the preventive medicine (5,10 €).

Submission of applications for the academic year 2017/2018 is closed. Results will be available via ARIA at the end of July.

Deadline for application online: June 15, 2017.

Deadline for receipt of supporting documentation: June 20, 2017

Prospective students must submit a complete dossier including all university transcripts so that the CEIPI may ascertain the coherence of their academic program of studies and whether they fulfil the prerequisites.


Final registration shall be made via ARIA between September 15 and October 15, 2017.

The courses will start on at the end of Septembrer 2017.
