Admission

This course is not part of the continuing education program. Students must have completed the first year of a Master's program in private law or commercial law or have obtained an equivalent degree.

Since lectures are held in French and English an excellent command of English (written, spoken, reading) is necessary. A study related or work experience abroad is essential; an experience in an English-speaking country or a work experience in English is a strong asset.

This course can welcome 15 students.

Requirements - Sudents should have:

  • completed a Master of Laws 1 in private law or commercial law, or have obtained an equivalent degree
  • completed during their university studies the following topics:
    • Law of obligations
    • Property Law
    • Intellectual Property Law
  • a good grasp of English.

The candates must have achieved excellent results during their university studies.

Applications

Submission of applications for the academic year 2020/2021 is open between March 15 and May 15, 2019 via the platformeCandidat.

Enrolment

Administrative registration for the academic year 2020/2021 should be completed online
from 01st September to 30 October 2020.

School resumes on Monday, 21 September.
