Students must have completed the first year of a Master's program in private law or have obtained an equivalent degree. The course is not part of the continuing education program.
Since lectures are held in French and English an excellent command of English (written, spoken, reading) is necessary. A study related or work experience abroad is essential; an experience in an English-speaking country or a work experience in English is a strong asset.
